  1. This is my 4th album from re-releases of Queen. This particular album is a German pressing. Compared to the US pressing I found this album to be better quality. Clean, clear and thick vinyl. I used to play this album constantly in the 80's, it was like stepping back in time turning up the volume as "Tear it up" was pounding in the my study/5().
  2. The phrase "Just Keep Passing The Open Windows" is an important line from the book "The Hotel New Hampshire". Queen wanted to make a soundtrack for the film of the same name, but as their own album (The Works) was too time-consuming, they decided to stop the soundtrack-work.
  3. - a beautiful track sung by Freddie with Brian on guitar. "Keep Passing the Open Windows" is another Queen classic and "Tear it Up" allows Brian to re-create some of that early Queen feel, as does Freddie's tongue-in-cheek "Man on the Prowl" with just a slight nod to "Good old fashioned loverboy"/5().
  4. Queen's twelfth album The Works was released in March of The band were frustrated after the poor response to Hot Space and was the album that was the start of the unnecessary downfall Queen had. With The Works, Queen made some changes/5().
  5. Keep Passing the Open Windows Lyrics. K Roger was the first member of Queen to release a full-fledged solo album, The Works, and Queen’s future works, kept their weight in “gold.
